ZODIAC UNICORNS

In Fantasy Town, Magical Land, there live 12 distinct Unicorns that are generally shy and quiet creatures. All except for Leo, but we will get to Leo when the time comes.

The life cycle of the Zodiac Unicorn is very similar to the Phonix, as when they reach the end of their lifespan, or when they are mortally injured, they will burst like a nebula, and become a swirling black hole for a period of time.

When enough time has passed, a newborn Zodiac will emerge from the centre of the black hole, closing the tear in time and space in its wake.

It is a mysterious, magical creature and each one is well loved and respected in FTMLand (Fantasy Town, Magical Land).

The Unicorns are known omnivores, but each one has a particular cuisine that they take a strong fancy to. They differ based on the unicorn, and it is always best to bring their favourite food along if you intend to meet one of them, as it definitely helps them show favour towards you.

The Capricorn Unicorn (Capriuni):

About the Capricorn Unicorn:

This shy unicorn, born in the light of the Capricorn Sun, loves to come out and sit in its moonlit garden on the banks of FTMLand, and drinks sweetened tea from its own precious moonlight porcelain tea set. 

The Empress Indigo often consults the Capriuni when she is troubled by financial matters of state, and the unicorn always has good and sound advice for her which she deeply appreciates. 

When the Empress visits the Capriuni in its garden, she also brings for the Capriuni her special trail mix of liquorice bits, blackberries and dates, which the Carpiuni loves to eat. If the cook has made extra, she’ll even bring along some dark chocolate cake for the Carpiuni as that is its favourite.

The Aquarius Unicorn: 

About the Aquarius Unicorn:

The Aquarius Unicorn lives in the high regions of Mount Gin, which is one of the three great mountains in the Land of Fantasy Town, Magical Land. Mount Gin has many rivers which run down to the sea. The Unicorn spends most of its time wading in the little streams that cut through the forests of Mount Gin, and feeding on the small bright and sweet blueberries that grow on silvery shrubs along the riverbanks. 

The Aquarius Unicorn is a very wise creature. Often when the Empress needs to make a very hard political decision, it is this Unicorn that the Empress seeks out and consults before she takes and course of action. The Aquarius Unicorn is highly intelligent and always provides a wise answer for all of the Empresses’ Questions.  It understands that as a young ruler, the Empress does not know everything there is to know, and even though the question might seem quite simple to the unicorn, it is loyal and respectful to the Empress and always provides a sensible solution. 

The Empress Indigo trusts the Aquarius Unicorn so much so that often when she must travel to another kingdom, she appoints the Aquarius Unicorn to be her Head of Royal Affairs until she returns, the Aquarius never fails to do an excellent job. 

The locals trust and respect the Aquarius Unicorn and often seek out the unicorn themselves if they are in need of a little advice, and the Aquarius is always willing to help. It is this kind and thoughtful outlook on like that makes the Aquarius unicorn one of the best-loved unicorns in the Zodiac unicorn species.
